If you purchased a Product through FastSpring and have a question regarding an order, payment, invoice, cancellation, refund, chargeback, or other purchase-related matter, please refer to the information provided by FastSpring with your order or contact FastSpring Customer Support.
We do not independently establish or replace the refund, cancellation, or withdrawal terms applicable to transactions for which FastSpring is the Merchant of Record.
Our Products may also be available through Native Instruments or other authorized sellers, resellers, distributors, marketplaces, or sales channels.
If you purchased a Product through Native Instruments or another authorized sales channel, the purchase, payment, cancellation, withdrawal, and refund terms applicable to that transaction are those provided by the applicable seller, reseller, distributor, marketplace, or sales channel.
Refund requests relating to such purchases should be directed to the sales channel through which the Product was purchased.
FastSpring does not handle refunds for purchases that were not made through FastSpring.
Questions concerning technical support, installation, product usage, compatibility, activation, or licensing of our Products should be submitted through the contact form available on our website.
If you experience a technical problem with a Product, we encourage you to contact us through the contact form so that we can assist you in resolving the issue.
This does not limit or replace any refund, warranty, conformity, or other rights you may have under the terms applicable to your purchase or under mandatory applicable law.
If the purchase price for a Product is validly refunded, charged back, reversed, cancelled, or otherwise returned, your license to use that Product may terminate in accordance with our End User License Agreement (EULA), subject to applicable law.
Where technically possible and legally permissible, an associated serial number, license key, activation, entitlement, or other authorization may be deactivated or revoked following a valid refund, chargeback, payment reversal, cancellation, fraudulent transaction, or other valid termination of the corresponding license.
A refund or license revocation relating to one of our Products does not by itself terminate or modify a separately acquired license for a third-party product unless the applicable third-party terms or arrangements provide otherwise.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or waives any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you under applicable law.
Where mandatory law grants you cancellation, withdrawal, refund, warranty, conformity, or other rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, those rights remain unaffected.
